James Hunt is an Adjunct Professor of Management and Strategy in the McDonough School of Business with more than 10 years of experience teaching entrepreneurship. He is also part of the Small Business Clinic on campus.
Hunt’s fields of expertise include information technology, software and defence/intelligence. An experienced entrepreneur and leader, Hunt has had extensive entrepreneurship and investing experience, most recently having co-founded Blu Venture Investors. He has been an angel investor since 2004 and is currently currently serving on the Boards of Sensics, Interfolio, iMove, Information Security Corporation, and videoNEXT. He was also responsible for forming the System Integration (SI) practice of Price Waterhouse in 1994 and the founding of Ernst & Young Technologies, a subsidiary of Ernst & Young, and served as CEO until its purchase by Cap Gemini in 2004. He then became the President of CapGemini Technologies in 2004.
Hunt holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Professional Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
