Interested in taking your business venture to the next level? Are you the next Sweetgreen? Or Lulu’s Ice Cream? Pitch your idea at the StartupHoyas Challenge!

When is it?

We will have the finalist pitch in Entrepalooza 2017, on April 25th.

The preliminarily rounds are over for this year.

Please note: in order to advance to the final round, competitors must be available to pitch in the evening at Entrepalooza 2017, on April 25th.

How do the Preliminary Rounds Work?

Teams will pitch for 6 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q & A and feedback from the judging panel.  Slides are allowed; we recommend a limit of 10 – 12. Each team will pitch twice, before two different panels of judges, and the scores from both panels will be averaged to determine which teams advance to the final round.

Teams will be judged on:

  • Quality and attractiveness of the business concept
  • The strength of the team
  • The quality of the presentation.

(See guidelines for more information on the judging criteria.)
