Launched in DC in 2013, our cold brews focus on getting the best beverage working with the highest quality ingredients, optimized brewing times, and filters that we make in-house. Our cold brews are stepped for close to 30-hours, capturing the deep flavors of selected roasts with 70% less acidity than hot brewed coffees, resulting in a super smooth drinking experience. We specialize in cold brew kegs (regular and nitro) and bottled products.
Full internship description:
Seeking energetic and self-motivated undergraduate or graduate business students to provide sales services for a local DC beverage products company. Junius Cold Brew Coffee Company provides bottled cold brew and cold brew kegs to local markets and national grocery chains. The sales rep will have the flexibility to seek new clients for Junius Cold Brew in any of the following sectors: restaurants, fast casual eateries, tech and other offices, and local grocers or national chains. Tasks: Research and contact prospective clients; pitch clients with samples; land clients; and track contacts and relavant information on simple spreadsheets in the cloud.. Hours: This position is flexible. You could work a minimum of 5 hours a week (initial contacts and in-person pitching) or as many as you can put in. Skills needed: background in the Microsoft platform, basic understanding of document sharing in the cloud, and strong sales/people skills to gain clients. Flexibility: great work environment where the student will really learn how to operate a small business, work out in the field around town, and flexibility on hours during the week!

Actively seek out potential new clients in relevant markets. Pitch clients with cold brew coffee samples and sales sheet and follow up with clients. Keep simple record of potential clients, contacts, pitch notes, sales status, etc. Land clients and see through the 1st delivery.
