J. S. Gamble is an Adjunct Professor of Strategy in the McDonough School of Business teaching entrepreneurship. His fields of expertise are Wireless and Broadband Telecom, and management consulting.

Gamble is the co-founder and managing principal of Blu Venture Investors, a PE investment firm in technology and biotech industreis. He currently serves as the Acting CEO of Smart Imaging Systems, Inc. and an advisor to Agilyst, Inc., Semantic Labs and Wiser Together, Inc. and . He has had more than 15 years of experience in senior operating executive positions in Broadband Cable and Wireless Operating Units, specifically at Comcast.

With extensive experiences in management consulting, Gamble is an Advisory Partner at the MITA Group and has been part of McKinsey and PW’s consulting services.

Gamble holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Strategic Planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Accounting and Management from the University of Virginia.
